Can I change my TaxCloud service plan?

As of April 1st, TaxCloud upgraded its billing infrastructure and subscription plans. To learn more, check out our Pricing Page for more details on the subscription plans that are currently offered. If you would like to change your current TaxCloud plan here is what to do:

Yes, you can change your TaxCloud service plan at any time as a self-serve customer.

How can I change my subscription plan?

To change your TaxCloud service plan, follow the below steps:

  1. Select Settings > Plans & Billing.
  2. Select the tab of the desired service option (Starter or Premium).
  3. Select your desired Order Tier. To learn more about what counts as an order, read this article.
  4. Check the box acknowledging the overage fees.
  5. Select Purchase.

What if I have a signed contract?

If you have signed a PandaDoc with our Sales team, you will have to contact your Sales representative to change your service plan.
