Changing your TaxCloud Subscription Plan
What you need to know about changing your plan within TaxCloud.
Considerations
As of April 1st, 2024 TaxCloud upgraded its billing infrastructure and subscription plans. To learn more, check out our Pricing Page for more details on the subscription plans that are currently offered.
- Please note that not all plans work with every integration.
You can change your TaxCloud service plan at any time as a self-serve customer. If you have signed a PandaDoc with our Sales team, you will need to contact your Sales representative to change your service plan.
When upgrading or downgrading your plan, please be aware that any changes will take effect for the next billing cycle.
- Example: If your billing cycle begins on the 9th of each month, and you make a change on October 15th, that change will not take effect until November 9th.
Steps
To change your TaxCloud subscription plan:
- Log into your TaxCloud account
- Navigate to Settings > Plans & Billing
- Click on the blue “Change Plan” button toward the top middle of the page.
- Select the plan you’d like to change to and the desired payment method.
- Check the box toward the bottom for the order volume acknowledgment.
- Click on the blue “Update Plan” button at the bottom of the page to confirm your changes.
