What is this notice?

This is a notice indicating that you have sales tax due for a past period in the state of Texas. It will indicate any tax due, the tax already paid towards the period in question, and any penalties or interest due.

What should you do?

Texas is a non-SST member state, so it's very unlikely that TaxCloud is acting as a CSP for you there.

• Review your TaxCloud State Management to confirm if Texas under TaxCloud SST or Merchant responsibility.
• If TaxCloud is listed under Filing Responsibility, please send a copy of the notice to service@taxcloud.com.
