Each transaction processed in TaxCloud has a unique identifier (Transaction ID), which is part of the URL when viewing a transaction’s details. Sharing that URL with our Support team allows us to immediately access the transaction and begin investigating.

Follow these steps:


1. **Log into your TaxCloud account**

   Go to https://app.taxcloud.com and sign in with your credentials.
2. **Navigate to Transactions**

   From the main menu, go to:

3. **Locate the relevant transaction**
