What is TaxCloud’s Onboarding Webinar?
TaxCloud holds free periodic onboarding webinars that enable new TaxCloud users to learn from our Onboarding Specialists the steps to easily, quickly, and accurately set up your TaxCloud account with integrations to your online store or data platform, and how to navigate the dashboard.
Who should attend this webinar?
The webinar is great for merchants who have just self-signed up with one of our plans or even the free trial. Everyone is welcome, it’s the best way to quickly ensure you know what to do to get yourself up and running with TaxCloud.

Which webinar should I attend?
TaxCloud has 2 different webinars, based on the type of integration you’re using to integrate your data with TaxCloud. Below is a list of the integration types, Basic & Premium, locate the platform you’re using and attend the corresponding webinar.

When is the next Webinar?
Webinars are held weekly, alternating between Basic & Premium integrations, so your integration type will have webinars every other week.

Yes! Below are some quick 1-2 min videos from our Onboarding team that walk you through the initial account set up. Watch these videos and complete the action items in each that apply to you. This will help you make the most out of the webinar time.

| 2 | About My Business | Enter your location and tell us more about your sales tax needs. |
| 3 | Account Details | Enter your legal name, EIN, and state incorporated. |
| 4 | Integration Setup* | Create an integration to obtain API credentials and connect to TaxCloud. (see guides below) |
| 5 | Enable States | Turn on tax collection in states where you have economic nexus. |
| 6 | Payment Method | Enter a payment method. |
| 7 | Select Your Service Plan | Select your subscription plan. |

:::info IMPORTANT- If you have a BigCommerce integration, please note that you will have to download the TaxCloud app in BigCommerce in order to create your account. Please do not create your account by navigating to TaxCloud.com, as your APIs will not be connected to an account created this way.
