What are TaxCloud’s On-Demand Onboarding Videos?
TaxCloud offers free, on-demand onboarding walkthrough videos that enable new TaxCloud users to learn from our Onboarding Specialists the steps to easily, quickly, and accurately set up your TaxCloud account with integrations to your online store or data platform, and how to navigate the dashboard. Watch them anytime, at your own pace.
Who should watch these videos?
The videos are great for merchants who have just self-signed up with one of our plans or even the free trial. Everyone is welcome, it’s the best way to quickly ensure you know what to do to get yourself up and running with TaxCloud.

Which walkthrough should I watch?
TaxCloud has 2 different walkthrough videos, based on the type of integration you’re using to integrate your data with TaxCloud. Below is a list of the integration types, Basic & Premium, locate the platform you’re using and watch the corresponding walkthrough.

Is there anything I should do before watching the walkthrough?
Yes! Below are some quick 1–2 min videos from our Onboarding team that walk you through the initial account set up. Watch these videos and complete the action items in each that apply to you. This will help you make the most of the walkthrough.

Please do not create your account by navigating to TaxCloud.com, as your APIs will not be connected to an account created this way. :::
