# Nebraska - Enforcement of Lien Notice

## What is this notice?

This Enforcement of Lien Notice will let you know that you have a balance due to the Nebraska Department of Revenue for a prior period. This notice usually follows previous unanswered notices letting you know that a balance is due.

## What should you do?

* If TaxCloud files for you, please send a copy of this notice to TaxCloud Support for review.
* If you file for yourself, you can either send a check or money order to Nebraska with a copy of the notice, or you can pay online at their [NebFile for Business portal](https://ndr-efs.ne.gov/revefs/allPages/login.faces).
