# Indiana - Notice of Proposed Assessment

## What is this notice?

This Notice of Proposed Assessment will let you know that you have a balance due to the Indiana Department of Revenue for a prior period.

## What should you do?

* If TaxCloud files for you, please send a copy of this notice to TaxCloud Support for review at [service@taxcloud.net](/articles/servicetaxcloudnet-PJS3r3GBYk).
* If you file for yourself, you can either pay online via [INTIME](https://intime.dor.in.gov/) or reach out to the Indiana Department of Revenue for more information via their Sales & Use tax line at 317-232-2240.
