    * **Download Rows Containing Errors** (when available)

## Using the Upload Center (review past uploads and download reports)

The **Upload Center** keeps a history of all transaction files you’ve uploaded, including their **upload date**, **status**, and the **number of items processed**.

1. From the main dashboard, click **Upload Center** in the left-hand navigation menu.
2. Review the list of previously uploaded transaction files.
3. To download a report, click the three-dot menu for the upload:
   * If the status is **Success**, select **Download Full CSV**.
   * If the status is **Processing Error**, select **Download Rows Containing Errors** to isolate issues (or **Download Full CSV** to download the entire file).
4. To start a new upload from the Upload Center, click **Upload Transactions** in the top-right corner, choose the correct **Connection** in the **Select Connection** pop-up, and click **Next**.

## Required Fields

Each row in the template represents a line item of an order. You must provide all fields marked as **Required**.

## Tips & Important Notes

* **Additional Error Checks**
  * No duplicate cart index values per OrderID
  * A return is identified with a negative quantity value (not a negative price) and must reference the original OrderID & CartItemIndex
  * Returns must come at the bottom of an order or in a separate file
  * Leaving CartItemTIC empty will result in the application of the selected Integration’s default TIC

**For importing assistance, contact [TaxCloud Support](https://taxcloud.com/support/).** Failure to upload within TaxCloud’s assigned term may result in late data/amendment fees (Exhibit A of the Terms of Service).
