# **Prerequisites**

# **Download Debug Log from WooCommerce Status**


1. In your WordPress dashboard, navigate to **WooCommerce → Status → Logs**.
2. In the dropdown list, find and select a log file for the day the issue occurred with the following naming format: `wootax-yyyy-mm-dd`
   Example: `wootax-2025-10-01.log`
3. From “Bulk actions” select **Download** and click **Apply** to download the log files.
