# Florida - Credit Memo

## What is this notice?

This notice indicates that there may have been an overpayment or discount on your Florida Sales & Use tax account, and you now have a credit to be used in a future period.

## What should you do?

* If TaxCloud files in Florida for you, please provide this notice to TaxCloud Support, so that we can get this applied to your next filing.
* If you file for yourself, follow the instructions listed toward the bottom in the section "To use this credit".
