# CSV Upload

## When to Use This

Use this process when you need to bulk upload transactions manually rather than through an automated API or e-commerce integration.

## Step-by-Step Instructions


 1. From the dashboard, navigate to **Integrations** in the left sidebar.
 2. Click on **+ Add Connection**.
 3. Locate and select the **CSV Upload** option.
 4. Click **+ Add** on the right side of the screen.
 5. Enter a **Name** for your connection (e.g., Manual CSV Upload).
 6. Set the **Tax Information Code (TIC)** and click **Finish Setup**.
 7. Once created, click the **Go Live** button to activate the connection.
 8. Next, navigate to the **Upload Center** from the left sidebar.
 9. Click **Upload Transactions**.
10. Select the newly created CSV connection from the dropdown menu and click **Next**.
11. You can now download the CSV template or proceed to upload your prepared file.

## Common Questions

**Do I need to go live before uploading?** Yes, the connection must be set to 'Live' before you can select it in the Upload Center.

## Troubleshooting Tips

**Cannot find connection in Upload Center:** Ensure you have completed the setup and clicked the 'Go Live' button on the integration details page. 

**Upload errors:** Make sure your CSV file exactly matches the required formatting of the provided template.
