How do I change my default payment method?
Some merchants add multiple payment methods to their TaxCloud account. To select/change your default payment method, click Settings > Payment Methods.
Click the men button for the payment method you'd like to make default, then select 'Set As Primary'.
*The default (make active) option will only appear in accounts that have added a secondary payment method.
Please note when a credit card is used as a primary payment method, a 7% convenience fee is added when used to pay tax funding. However, the 7% convenience fee is not applied to subscription fees.
