Video: How to manually add a transaction
This video explains how to manually add a transaction.
Adding a transaction is easy using our single-add wizard
- Navigate to Transactions > Add
- Select the store you're adding the transaction to, the location (origin address), and the date.
- Select an exemption certificate already in TaxCloud, add an exemption certificate, or skip to the next step.
- Add cart items, the product description, price and TIC (taxability information code). Select add again if you have multiple cart items.
- Add the destination address and click on 'Lookup'.
- Confirm the sales tax (or lack of if tax is supposed to be voided) and click on 'Capture'.
