Video: How to set add or disable a store

This video explains how to set up a store in TaxCloud.


You can add multiple stores with TaxCloud to represent however many stores/sales platforms you have for your business (whether online or a brick and mortar store). You can also add stores that remain not live (in other words, in test mode) to test rates for your online store in any state that is enabled for tax collection.

To Add a Store

  1. Navigate to Stores.
  2. Click +Add store at the top right.
  3. Fill in the store type, store name, store URL, and the default TIC (taxability information code).
  4. Click 'Add' to complete.

Be sure to add http:// to the beginning of the store URL to complete this field.
