Video: How to add or disable an integration

This video explains how to set up an integration in TaxCloud.

You can add multiple integrations (formerly referred to as "Stores") within TaxCloud to represent however many stores/sales platforms you have for your business (whether online or a brick and mortar store). You can also add integrations that remain not live (in other words, in test mode) to test rates for your online store in any state that is enabled for tax collection.


To Add an Integration

  1. Log into your TaxCloud account and navigate to the Integrations tab
  2. Click the "+ Add Connection" button to the right
  3. Click on your desired integration and follow the steps to connect

Be sure to add http:// to the beginning of the integration URL if your chosen integration requires you to enter a URL.


To Disable an Integration

To disable an integration, simply click on the 3 dots to the right of the integration you want to disable on the Integrations page and select "Deactivate".

Note that this cannot be undone, so be sure you're disabling the correct integration.
