Adding an Integration for CSV Uploads

Whether you will only be uploading CSVs, or if you just want to differentiate your uploaded orders from orders imported from your Integration, you can add a separate Integration just for CSV uploads.

At least one Integration is required for CSV uploads currently, so if you're not planning on having an automated Integration and will only be uploading CSVs of order data, this step is needed.
