What is this notice?
A notice that you did not renew your sales tax permit with Rhode Island.
What should you do?
Complete your renewal either online or by mail.
- Online:
- Log in to https://taxportal.ri.gov and complete your renewal on their portal
- By mail:
- Sign and date the form and send it back to Rhode Island at the address listed on the bottom of the notice. Do not send it with any other documents, as the state wants this form sent alone.
