How to Import Partial Refunds via CSV

Below are some examples of changes for a partial return:

Assume you upload a CSV file with 2 transactions (DVD + Shipping for each)

You can later upload a CSV to do a partial return and a full return

Or you can do a partial return and a new transaction

When adding returns to CSV be careful as the below example (order IDs the same) returns the entire order.

The example below shows how to return the shipping

Below’s example shows a line item representing 3 DVDs and a return of 2 of the 3 DVDs

Here is a partial amount example. The first line shows the original upload and the second line shows the partial refund. Please note that dates on the partial refund was changed to reflect the return date.
